SKILLS ASSESSMENTS
Depending on the situation, different financing options are available:
- Self-financing: the beneficiary pays for the costs of the skills assessment.
- Skills development plan: the company finances a skills assessment for one of its employees. The objectives of the skills assessment are co-constructed by the beneficiary, the coach and the employer, and set out in a tripartite contract.
- Personal training account: the beneficiary uses his or her CPF to cover the costs of the skills assessment from the budget available via the www.moncompteformation.fr platform. The objectives of the skills assessment are co-constructed by the beneficiary and the coach.
- Individual training assistance: jobseekers can apply to Pôle Emploi for funding for
CUSTOMIZED INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TRAINING COURSES
Depending on the situation, various financing options are available:
- Self-financing: the beneficiary pays the costs of the skills assessment.
- Skills development plan: the company finances training for one or more of its employees. The objectives and program of the training are co-constructed by the trainer and the employer and set out in a training agreement.
- Personal training account: (Only in the case of a business start-up/takeover project): the beneficiary mobilizes his or her CPF to cover training costs from the budget available via the www.moncompteformation.fr platform. The objectives of the individual training are co-constructed by the beneficiary and the trainer.
- Individual training assistance: jobseekers can apply to Pôle Emploi for funding.
