3. Objectives
The pedagogical objectives of the training are defined by mutual agreement between the training applicant (client and/or beneficiary) and the training organization, integrating:
the applicant's operational objectives, i.e. what he/she wishes to achieve through the training course
The training applicant's needs and expectations
The resources available and mobilized by CorrecFormation in terms of skills, supports, teaching methods and resources.

Trainees are required to do their own work in order to make progress on the actions that will enable them to put their project into practice.
4. Duration
Training lasts from 4 hours to 6 months. This duration is defined by mutual agreement during the first preliminary interview, according to the entrepreneur's project schedule and his or her expectations and needs with regard to training.
5. Access procedures and deadlines
Obtaining information: Training applicants can find out about the training courses on offer directly on the website, or by contacting CorrecFormation by e-mail or telephone. A review of their needs and expectations in terms of training can then be organized during an individual video or telephone appointment.
Getting in touch: For all inquiries, candidates or clients can contact CorrecFormation by e-mail, using the contact form on the website, or by telephone. During the 1st contact, a "diagnostic" interview is carried out to identify the stage of progress of the project, and the expectations, needs and motivations of the candidate for training. At the end of this interview, a training proposal is sent by e-mail, including the specific objectives, dates, teaching methods and prices.
Registration: upon receipt of payment, or agreement to cover costs in the case of third-party financing, an invitation to attend is drawn up and e-mailed to the trainee.
The following information will be included in the invitation sent prior to the course: start and end dates of the course, organizational details (accessibility, dates and times, materials, etc.).
The minimum period of access to the training course is 15 days from the date of first contact, subject to confirmation of enrolment as specified in the enrolment terms and conditions.
6. Prices and payment
Training courses are invoiced in accordance with the conditions and schedules defined in the validated agreements, contracts, quotations, or in accordance with the agreements received from third parties.
Payment must be made by the customer within 30 (thirty) days of the invoice date. Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer.
When the training is paid for by a third party (OPCO, etc.), it is the responsibility of the customer (company or participant):
Check the eligibility of the training directly with the funding organization.
Apply for funding before the start of the course, and ensure that the application is properly completed.
Explicitly indicate the establishment to be invoiced, with its company name and address.
If Neoduo does not receive the application from the third-party organization before the 1st day of training, the customer will be billed in full for the training costs. If the third-party organization does not agree to pay the full amount due to absences, withdrawals, etc., the unpaid balance will be payable by the customer or trainee.

Assessment takes place before training (starting level) and at the end (level of skills acquired following training).
9. Methods used
Pedagogical methods are based on active teaching, with questioning, reformulation, re-memorization of knowledge, applications and role-playing.
